Delivery & payment

Delivery right to your door

We provide delivery only within the city of Moscow and close suburbs.

Shortly after placing an order you will be given a phone call to confirm the order and agree delivery time.

Note that we deliver orders on next business day from the order placement. We do not deliver on weekends, though exceptions can be negotiated and agreed with our co-ordinator.

We do not work 24x7 but our phone is always on and we do our best to catch all your calls. However if we still miss the call do not hesitate to leave a message. We will get it in a due course and get back to you as soon as we can.

Return policy

Because we are so confident in the quality of our products and exceeding your expectations we offer a no quibble returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of our products upon delivery then you can cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel all of your order then we will refund the delivery charge too. Delivery cost

Moscow:
Cost of delivery within the ring road – 300 руб. (for orders above 5000 руб. – free)

Cost of delivery to other destinations should be inquired during the order confirmation phone call which will be given to you shortly after placing an order.

Payments are to be made in cash upon delivery.
